- The OUTREACH programs of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish are growing! The mission of OUTREACH is to engage in substantial service work and provide opportunities for parishioners to serve. OUTREACH encompasses both hands-on service and donations in support of the least of our sisters and brothers.
